More than 2 million children in the U.S. do not have the glasses they need to see the board, read a book, or participate in class. Our partners, Vision To Learn and the Jules Stein Eye Institute, will provide free vision screenings to children between the ages of 3 and 17 years old.
Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged. Spots are available from 9am to 4:00pm.
People in the US fear losing vision more than memory, hearing, or speech, and consider visual acuity loss among the top 4 worst things that could happen to them. Yet too few get their eyes checked until they are already experiencing vision loss or an eye disease.

HOW IT WORKS
A non-invasive device called the Welch Allyn is used to detect vision issues.
An optometrist or ophthalmologist will provide a full screening to those in need.
People requiring glasses will be fitted and/or receive a new glasses prescription.
